Come join Maurice Johnson, active member of the 102nd U.S. Colored Troops in a presentation and discussion of black troops from the Revolutionary War to Civil War and after. The 102nd are involved with reenactment events of the Civil War.

 Find out how black soldiers entered into the armed forces, how they lived, what conditions they faced, and how their role was vital in both wars. Mr. Johnson will be in full reenactment uniform.
